We understand that there are varying opinions on what level a burger should be cooked for optimal flavor and our opinion is that our burgers taste best cooked juicy and well done.
By cooking all our burgers juicy and well done we are able to achieve ensure a consistent product.
While our beef is neither organic nor are the cattle free range, our beef comes high-quality suppliers that work directly with a select group of quality assured, family farms across Ireland and the United Kingdom to ensure the beef meets our exacting standards while having a strong focus on animal welfare sustainable production methods.
Our rolls contain both soy and dairy as do some of our milkshake mix-ins. Our cheese and milkshakes are dairy products and our hot-dogs contain soy. Full nutrition and allergen information is available on our menu page.
We do not currently sell gift cards outside the United States.
GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing, accepting or using a Five Guys Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the Republic of South Korea, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card terms and conditions ("T&C").
FGE International B.V. and FG Korea, Inc.(“we”, “our”, “us” or “Five Guys”) reserves the right to alter all or any part of these T&C at any time and you should review the T&C regularly. When Five Guys changes these T&C, the contents of the changed T&C shall be posted on the electronic device that carries out the relevant electronic financial transaction (if it is difficult to post on the relevant electronic device, an electronic device that is easily accessible to customers) one month prior to the effective date of the changed T&C and notify the customer.
Five Guys Gift Cards are only redeemable towards purchases at any participating Five Guys restaurants in the Republic of South Korea (“Restaurants”).
Five Guys Gift Cards are available for purchase in Restaurants. No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers of Five Guys Gift Cards in connection with the sale of Five Guys Gift Cards.
Five Guys Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash, except when they are returned under Section 5 or subject to refund under Section 6. Five Guys Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Five Guys Gift Card.
No cash change shall be given on any purchases made using a Five Guys Gift Card.
Purchases in excess of the balance of Five Guys Gift Cards may be settled with cash, debit card, credit card, e-commerce payment system or another Five Guys Gift Card.
Five Guys Gift Cards will be purchased in South Korean won (KRW) with a minimum balance of KRW 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Won) and a maximum value of KRW 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Korean Won).
Five Guys Gift Cards shall be valid for five (5) years from the date of its activation or final reload. A Five Guys Gift Card is activated upon its issuance. Upon expiry, any balance remaining on a Five Guys Gift Card will be reduced to nil and forfeited such that the Five Guys Gift Card will no longer have any value capable of being used or redeemed in any participating Restaurants.
To view your balance on your Five Guys Gift Card, please go to a participating Restaurant in the Republic of South Korea to make a request.
You may return or cancel your Five Guys Gift Card if it is purchased in-person within seven (7) days from the date of its purchase/reload at the same Restaurant of the purchase/reload. However, if the balance has been used, Five Guys Gift Card cannot be returned or cancelled.
You may return or cancel your Five Guys Gift Card if it is purchased online from our website within seven (7) days from the date of its purchase pursuant to the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. However, if the balance has been used, Five Guys Gift Card cannot be returned or cancelled.
Five Guys Gift Cards may be refundable under specific conditions detailed here. You may request a refund for the remaining balance if it is 40% or less of the original amount charged to your Five Guys Gift Card. The refund shall be processed in the participating Five Guys restaurants in Korea in cash.
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Five Guys Gift Card, visit a participating Restaurant immediately. The risk of loss and title for Five Guys Gift Cards passes to you upon your purchase and Five Guys Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Five Guys Gift Cards have no cash value unless redeemed and should be safeguarded accordingly.
If a Five Guys Gift Card is corrupted, deleted, lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged or used without permission, Five Guys shall not be responsible. Five Guys reserves the right to refuse to accept a Five Guys Gift Card which we deem to have been duplicated, tampered with, damaged or otherwise suspect has been affected by fraud.
Five Guys shall not replace a Five Guys Gift Card if corrupted, deleted, lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged or if it is used without permission.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Five Guys will be responsible for any forgery or falsification of data attributable to Five Guys’ mismanagement of Five Guys Gift Cards and will provide replacement for the affected Five Guys Gift Cards.
Any and all intellectual property rights in the Five Guys Gift Cards are owned by Five Guys and all such rights are reserved.
You may not use a Five Guys Gift Card to purchase other Five Guys Gift Cards.
Five Guys Gift Cards cannot be resold or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law or as permitted by these T&C. Five Guys Gift Cards will be void if resold or redeemed for cash. Unused Five Guys Gift Cards may not be transferred.
Total purchases of Five Guys Gift Cards for any one individual may not exceed KRW 1,000,000 (One Million Won) in one calendar month.
We reserve the right, without notice to you, to terminate your order for any Five Guys Gift Card if we believe you are in breach of these T&C or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to refuse to take any order in a participating Restaurant if we believe you (or the person placing the order) have breached any of these T&C or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
You shall not use any Five Guys Gift Card except in accordance with these T&C and shall not use any of the same for any purpose which is either illegal or prohibited under these T&C.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO FIVE GUYS GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF FIVE GUYS, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.
These T&C shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Republic of South Korea, without reference to their rules regarding conflicts of law. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Korea in any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions hereof and all disputes arising out of or related to the Five Guys Gift Cards.
